FAQ

We know planning a trip can come with lots of questions, so we’ve put together this FAQ section to help make things easier for you. Here, you’ll find all the essential details about the wedding, accommodations, transportation, and more. If you have a question that’s not covered here, feel free to reach out to us directly – we’re happy to help!

While it’s possible to stay at the venue, the rooms are limited and primarily reserved for family. We recommend finding accommodations in Lisbon or Sesimbra – both are great options nearby!

The venue is about 45 minutes from Lisbon and 30 minutes from Sesimbra. Unless you’re staying in Lisbon where parking is very limited, we recommend getting a rental car (very affordable in Portugal with prices starting at 10 USD per day). Taxis/Ubers are also very affordable and a good option. On Tuesday evening (Wednesday morning) we will also provide shuttle services to take you back to nearby hotels and Airbnbs. Don’t drink and drive!

They sure are! Each event – from the Welcome Dinner to the Pool Party – will feature amazing food and drinks, and it’s all on us. If you have any specific preferences or dietary restrictions, just let us know – we’ve got you covered!

Portugal in September is warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures around 25–30°C (77–86°F). Evenings might be cooler, so bringing a light jacket is recommended.

Explore Lisbon’s historic neighborhoods, try fresh seafood in Sesimbra, or hike in the Arrábida Natural Park. More details are in the “Surroundings” page.

Please RSVP by May 15, 2025, and let us know which events you’ll attend and if you have any dietary preferences.

We’re so excited to celebrate with you over three unforgettable days! Here’s a quick guide to help you pack and plan your outfits:

Day 1 – Welcome Dinner (informal):
Go for a casual chic look. Think: an easy dress, a stylish shirt, a relaxed outfit you’d wear to a dinner with friends. Just come ready to mingle and enjoy the evening!

Day 2 – Wedding Ceremony & Party:
This is the big day!For men, a suit is perfect (ties optional!) and midi or long dresses for women. We want everyone to feel amazing and comfortable! One quick tip: the venue has grass and some gravel/stone paths, so we recommend skipping thin heels and going for block heels, wedges, or chic flats. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel good and ready to celebrate with us!

Day 3 – Pool Party:
Time to unwind! Bring your swimsuit, cover-up, and something breezy to wear by the pool (like a light dress, shorts, or a beachy shirt). Don’t forget your sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen – and be ready to swim, dance, and celebrate in the sun!
